1. Welcome to TinyMoments

By visiting our website and buying our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We have written them in simple language because we believe in being transparent. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Who Can Use This Site

Our services are open to everyone. However, if you are a minor (under 18), we assume you are using this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

To place an order, you may need to provide a valid mobile number and email address. We may send a One Time Password (OTP) to verify your email. You are responsible for keeping your account details safe.

4. Custom-Made For You

Every product at TinyMoments is custom-made specifically for you. This means:

• You are responsible for the photos you upload.
• Please check your spelling if you add any text. We print exactly what you give us.

5. Processing Your Order

Once you place an order, we hold it for 1 hour. This is your window to fix any mistakes. After 1 hour, your order goes into printing production. Once printing starts, we cannot change the photos or the address.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We use secure third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been placed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your memories. While we try our best to deliver on time, delays caused by the courier company or weather are outside our control. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹299.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our support team. After 1 hour, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

9. No Refunds on Custom Items

Because these products are personalized with your unique photos, we cannot resell them. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

10. Photo Quality & Colors

• Photo Quality: If you upload a blurry or dark photo, it will print blurry or dark. We do not edit your photos.
• Color Differences: Phone screens are backlit and make photos look bright. Printed magnets may look slightly different or less bright than what you see on a screen. This is normal for all printing.

11. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at help@tinymoments.in within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will happily send you a free replacement.

12. Our Liability

TinyMoments.in is liable only up to the purchase price of your order. We are not responsible for any indirect losses arising from the use of our services.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kavali, Andhra Pradesh.
