Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your memories. Here is how we handle returns, cancellations, and damaged items.

1. Overview

At TinyMoments.in, every single item we make is custom-printed just for you. Because of this personalization, our return and refund policies are different from standard online stores. We aim to be fair, honest, and transparent.

2. Why We Can’t Offer Refunds

Unlike a t-shirt or a gadget, your order cannot be restocked or sold to anyone else. It contains your personal photos and memories. Once an order is printed, the materials are used exclusively for you. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once processing has begun.

3. Need to Cancel?

We start working on your photos very quickly. If you need to cancel, you must do so within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, your order moves to the printing queue and cannot be cancelled.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We pack your memories with extreme care. However, accidents can happen during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, we are here to help.

IMPORTANT: PROOF REQUIRED

To claim a replacement, we require an unboxing video sent to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The video must clearly show the unopened outer package with the address label visible.
  • You must record the process of opening the package without any pauses).
  • The video must clearly show the damage to the product itself.

Note: A replacement is only considered if the product itself is unusable. Slight damage to the outer cardboard box does not qualify for a replacement if the magnets inside are safe.

5. Reshipment

If your claim meets the criteria above, we will happily print and reship a fresh set to you at no extra cost. The decision to reship is at the sole discretion of the TinyMoments team after reviewing your video proof.

6. What Is Not Covered

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Photo Quality Issues: We print exactly what you upload. If your original photo is blurry, dark, or low-resolution, the magnet will be too. Please check your photos carefully before uploading.
  • Color Variation: Screens (phones/laptops) emit light, while paper reflects light. Minor color differences between your screen and the final print are normal and expected.
  • Incorrect Address: If a package is lost or returned because you provided an incomplete or wrong address, we cannot offer a refund.

7. Final Decision

TinyMoments.in reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and replacement requests. We promise to be fair, but we also must protect our small business from misuse of this policy.
